These are reflective stickers which are pasted onto the locos. All new locos from DLW and most from CLW seem to have these. Most KJM locos too have these.

The numbers of the newer locos are made of reflective material.

I like how the numbering (11113) and lettering (WDM 3D) on this loco is machine painted instead of hand painted. Very hard to find nice machine painted letterings except unfortunately on the imported WDP4s (GE) and WAG 9s (ABB)

Guys this indeed is a rare shot! the numbering, the part near the buffers,the High adhesion bogies the rad grill the side grills with the rad liquid all indicate the same . May be it is a new class!
