There are many Bizzy, all boards in Hyderabad area have English, Hindi, Telugu and Urdu. Krishna station in Wadi-Raichur has Kannada - Telugu in addn to English - Hindi. Ditto for stations in Mumbai WR, additional being Gujarati.

This is a normal Chair car coach with 3+3 seating arrangement. It even had audio speakers inside the coach.
