There are scores of such converted coaches doing the rounds with SER trains. Many of them are very old indeed. This one seems to be one of the oldest lot.

Notice the word "Metre Gauge" written in Devnagari Script on top of the coach workshop. I wonder if the gauge size is usually mentioned.
