Very nice picture. Not all the rakes have two horns and two foot operated buttons for them. This one has two horns.

Is the emblem being referred to, the one above the number 169? WR's EMUs too carry a similar one. Sample this:

I wish our loco workshops would do a better job with the finishing of the locos. You can clearly see the dents in the front portion of the loco. Overly painting the loco alone does not make a loco look good.
