Looks like a new and yet to be commissioned signal to me. It has been installed near a new line. Did an older line exist there earlier?

Vrij - the radiator fan can be seen the 'see through' section at the long hood extreme. The radiator fan can be seen from the underside of the radiator. This fan is one of the three that cool the electronic drive and the dynamic brakes - this is located immediately behind the cab.

Yeah saw this spelling on the Azad Hind rake a few days ago. Some of the coaches have the correct spelling while others have 'Hawrah'

This is a 2ft 6in gauge ZB class loco. Its number 120 indicates that it was one of a few built in Yugoslavia.

The WCM 5 had a windscreen in the middle also. Usually it was painted over.
