The loco seems to have undergone an MTR at Dahod workshops. Since this is an older WAG7, it would not have Static Inverters, Microprocessor Control and DBRs fitted at CLW. These would have been fitted during the MTR and hence the repaint. Also, many locos now have foldable LV plates. When not in use, they are folded up so that the sign is not visible. Wow! Barbie livery on WAG-7 is very rare. Looks like this loco is pushing the load as evident from "LV" sign.

@Harsh, you don't seem to have said anything different from what Sachin has commented. None of the pantos look as though they're in the process of being lowered.
