Not a railfan. That's a local villager waiting for the bankers to stop for the brake test so that he could climb onto the buffer beams to travel downhill.

Thanks a lot, Poochi, Anamitra, Arzan and Appu. The location is near Cochin International Airport. The place is a heaven for train and railfans.
