Instead of scrapping the locomotives, I think IR can plinth each them in front of every major / minor station.

Eg. Steam loco MAWD 1798 (New Guwahati) plinthed in front of New Jalpaiguri Jn (NJP).

A dual braked YDM4! Why do the Lumding YDM4s need air brake capabilities? Do MG wagons/coaches with air brakes exist - maybe just in these parts? Local railfans, please find answers.

The LMG shed deserves our respect for an excellent livery and a set of lovingly maintained powers.
