So, this is now the oldest steam loco in working condition. EIR-22 (Fairy Queen) is a close second.

Adding my appreciation to the comments of all those who have gone before. Dhandari Kalan, virtually a part of Ludhiana city, is on the Ludhiana - Ambala main line and there is a CONCOR depot there.
