I recall seeing the WCAM 3 electrics with the two brake connector pipes in the middle intact when they arrived first on the CR,from BHEL,around 1998....this might be a brand new one....those days the livery was different.

Hello,A very rare slide,but I would have loved to see the axle boxes squarish and not ver "modern" in a round shape...BPTR,in Mumbai has some very vintage 4-wheeled goods wagons with spoked wheels

The Kangra Valley Railway is 2'6" gauge and all trains are hauled by ZDM-3 locos, in this case #161. The scenery is stunning and the engineering of the line very impressive - well worth a visit!

I think the chain is for the manual hand brake. The chain leads into the cab, as you can see. Confirmation is needed.

one can notice the sand spraying tube.what is the purpose of the chain connected to the cylinder-like thing ?...a part of the brake rigging ?
