The loco seems to have undergone an MTR at Dahod workshops. Since this is an older WAG7, it would not have Static Inverters, Microprocessor Control and DBRs fitted at CLW. Wow! Barbie livery on WAG-7 is very rare. Looks like this loco is pushing the load as evident from "LV" sign.

In fact, when I saw this stunner, my thoughts were the same as Abhinav's. It takes such expertise to seamlessly stitch together snaps of stationary objects, not to mention a moving train...hats off to the stormcatcher at punkass. :)
