these locos have been built all over the place.. the one in previous photos was built in Austria.

notice the old 2-tier sleeper coaches! It used to be common with Amritsar - Dehradun passenger (now Exp).

Beautiful...this is probably one of the few pictures that shows WP with boxpok driving wheels. The other pictures show regular solid spoke wheels or mix of both types.
Would have loved to see WP's unique leading wheels.
Is it poor wheel balancing lob on the second leading wheel in this image?
