GHY GR
You hav unwittingly captured a very nice emotion there- look at the guy in striped shirt- he is probably amused at the sight of "unusual coloured train" for the first time around!

Gradually all WCAM3 (possibly even WCG2) locos undergoing an OH will be retrofitted with the rear-view mirrors.

Yeah Sach..quite true. I've learned from reliable sources that Mumbai div LPs had made a request for the locos (WCAM3/WCG2/WCAG1) etc to be retrofitted with rear-view mirrors, and their claim was supported by the BSL div LPs who took over the loco of trains like Panchvati/Godavari etc from IGP.
It seems BSL div LPs are used to rear-view mirrors. The Mumbai div LPs seem to be in favour of the mirrors, esp during the monsoons. When I asked one such LP, he told me that he could see the entire rake in the mirror, and its a boon and not a bane.

There seems to be a big height gap between the end of the ladder to climb up the Side Upper berth and the berth itself. On the right, we can see an extra step provided to climb onto the Upper Berth but no such arrangement for Side Upper. Anybody giving tutions how to climb up there?!?
