Amol....In many western countries, the driver verifies if there are passengers boarding/alighting from trains before leaving a station. Hence the need for a rear-view mirror.

This is not a diesel ! The loco is only standing on an unelectrified line. You can see the folden pantos on the roof.

Wow, really similar. I have never seen a more beautifull pic of a WDM 1 look alik than this. Only two WDM 1 pics exits in the server. The first one in NRM and the second one in Shankar's site on Diesels. Are they still operational in Spain?
