Dear Anil, I have no idea. Island express derailed in 1987 and this is defenitely not this train. The loco number is 16669, made sometimes in middle of 1990's. Shall get back to you soon if I can find a clue...

i think this picture is of the time the Trivandrum-bound Quilon Express had derailed and fallen into the river below.

there were similar paper cut-outs of the Dual WDM2-headed Mumbai-Delhi Rajdhani Exp, and about the service on the Deccan Queen, that showed the Deccan Queen coming out of the Parsik Tunnel behind a WCM4 loco. Where can i find those articles?
