Thats really very beautiful Ankit. By the way, why such a lowest speed of 8KMPH on all lines? Is the yard so tight, in terms of turnouts etc, that such speed is mandatory for all the lines leading into Jammu-Tawi?

Home signal with all the arms at the same level? It seems this might be so because all the lines including the main-line have the same speed of 8 KM/Hr.Also note the black ring on the right-most arm.The General Rules state that such a ring must be provided on a signal which leads a train into a goods running line.Such a signal shall be taken off only after the train has come to a stop.

This is just to keep the wires for semaphore signalling in proper tension. The counterweight for semaphore arm to put the signal in danger in case of wire break is a part of semaphore only.
