Besides the column being hollow,the piers as compared to Panval are more rectangular in shape than octagonal.

Dear Apu and Lalaam, thanks for bringing the beauty of the Konkan for me. The TVC Rajdhani Pic's were fabulous. When you mentioned that the EOG's were far louder than the Loco, it also proves that GOC is one of the best, when it comes to Diesels.
