I think a similar type of caboose was spotted by IRFCA-Pune Chapter Raj Bhavsar at Dahod last year.

Good Catch Jimmy, Looks like a BVZI has been converted for Inspection purposes with CBC couplers to a BVZC. Color blends with the GOC Diesel perfectly.

Very interesting indeed!! I believe a couple of BCXC wagons were also converted for VB rakes.

HS=High Speed. This yellow band in the middle signifies HS wagons.

Few days back, I had spotted a similar caboose; with deep blue coloured insted of green at Kalyan yard.
