It is not really worth showing speed for this super crawler train. With 15 scheduled stops and a few more unscheduled stops, it officially takes 4 hr 25 minutes to cover the 221 km ERS-TVC journey. Usually it takes much more. On that day,it took 5 hours for the journey.

The coach has been rebuilt by the BPL workshop. Hence probably, the Non Alt might be the 'Non-Altered' end. Just guessing. And since rebuilding is not necessary next time, the coach need not be sent again to BPL. POH can be done at either Nagpur, Parel or Matunga workshops.

Are electrical Alternators present on both ends of coaches? If so, this coach might not have one at this end. Also, BPL's refusal to service this coach IS quite hilarious!! :-))

I also wonder how he managed to get it so steady! That is what I guess separates a pros hands from a beginner. The aperture is wide open looking at the windows. Great shot!!
Thanks Bharath
