Wish this picture had shown rails ahead of the loco...with bit of cropping to remove the partial oil tank on the left would make it a good pic. The light is just too good...

WDP 4 bankers were used sometime back on this section. They were removed from banking service after sometime since they could do banking duties for goods and also because using twin WDP 4's for banking meant a waste of power(which could be used elsewhere) and money for the railways .

GY WDG3A-twins-14702+14686 did the banking duties for SUPER aka Goa Exp! Till date GY bankers are specially assigned for banking all the passenger trains on the Braganza Ghats.
