That is because this small wagon cannot bear the buffing(slack-in and slack-out)forces when coupled in between two coaches/goods wagons and is prone to derail.It will be put behind a 75/100 kmph goods train after the caboose and yes,that unlucky driver has to not exceed 60 kph.They won't hook this wagon to stopping passengers even ! Most of these OHE cars are self-propelled.

Cleaning
This is part of the month long cleanliness drive launched by SCR on June 15. This snap features removal of a birds' nest from the catenary mast. The nest was abandoned and not actively homed though. The yellow pole is actually a combination of four smaller poles, covered by the yellow colored PVC insulating material. The top end had a metal hook to it and the base had a rubber grip.

Yea that's right, there is an elevated seat within the car from where one can look out from this canpoy & monitor pantograph contact & movement along the catenary.
