Very crudely done...it will probably be repainted once all works on the line are complete.

There is evidently quite a bit of work still to be finished. Looks like the line was thrown open rather hastily. I think there will be heavy speed restrictions in place till the work is over.

Yes, the shotcreting is clearly evident. That also probably explains the absence of any "proper" concrete portal. Also note the absence of any markings whatsoever (tunnel number, length etc.).

Seeing the cement mixer, I think some work is left over inside the tunnel and also there is a need to construct an embankment on the location where the apparatus is placed.
