The sleepers were all concrete. Those damaged by the derailment are being replaced.

I think this ghat sections still has wooden sleepers. They are being replaced by concrete ones

Wow! Wonderful Album! Though we have seen no less than six albums/trips to Braganza since this monsoon (including one by myself), this album takes the cake!

WDP4 looks gorgeous. It's HT horn must have made you all partly deaf for sometime. It's horn can be heard for more than 10kms if you do railfanning in secluded locations. It's an all time best loco which has stepped on IR.
