Abishek, 6339 was an NKE engine that, according to official documents, was scheduled for "conversion to WDS-6" in May 2012, so fits with its current shell condition.

That is a locotrol receiver.
It is used for wireless MU'ing of locomotives.

That is steam coming off the radiator for sure. The cooling fan did not spin up I suppose owning to the already cool weather and as a result, higher water temperature running through the radiator results in this.

Thanks harsh sir for correction,i did not read its profile only i guessed it by its front dual grill window look. all such Alcos were imported .. my mistake .

17360 was neither built by ALCO nor was in the original DLW batch. It was built by DLW in 1972-3.
