Hello, i have a query.
I would like to know whether this is WDM 3C or 2C??. I can't make out because the buffer is half hiding it.

These are reflective stickers which are pasted onto the locos. All new locos from DLW and most from CLW seem to have these. Most KJM locos too have these.

The numbers of the newer locos are made of reflective material.

I like how the numbering (11113) and lettering (WDM 3D) on this loco is machine painted instead of hand painted. Very hard to find nice machine painted letterings except unfortunately on the imported WDP4s (GE) and WAG 9s (ABB)
