Is this picture taken from the FOB which runs from one side of the station to the other (east to west)? Nice Pic. Thanks for sharing pics from that part of the country.

As of now, it is. But not for long and the diesls are likely to hand over the link to electrics at brc as earlier. This is due to the long distance between each technical/commercial halts

A WDM2# 16645 ready to depart from the NTPC yard at Jayant.
I have seen this livery on BKSC (Bokaro Steel City) WDM-2's. May be this loco is from BKSC.

This is the Main Line between HWH and BWN via Bandel. I suspect that this picture is taken between Shaktigarh and BWN where there are quadruple lines and have the old style catenary. However, after BWN towards ASN, the catenary is "modern".
