49 UP/50 DN is the Howrah Amritsar Express. Current numbers are 3049/50.

If my memory serves right Kolhapur had one of these beauties on shunting duties in early 80's before steam was withdrawn completely. It always appeared in perfect working conditions but relegated to shunting duty just because IR was phasing out steam.
