Tinaighat (TGT) is a iron ore unloading point. The area between
tracks have been dug up to allow JCBs and trucks to move in and
unload. The water is due to heavy rain in that area on that day. I was there at TGT later that day on my way to Madgaon (MAO) Dilip Setlur

Did you notice the newer station of Dudhsagar Waterfalls? This was constructed as a viewing platform. It was there in 2004.

I am pretty sure that with accidents like this, the locos, atleast the older alcos will suffer major twist in frame. And most most probably scrapped

I have done Briganja Ghat once. When I have to do it next time, I wish do it in "rainy season".:-)
