My first spotting of the new BCN wagons anywhere within 400 km of Nagpur. This particular rake was sitting in Badnera yard without a loco. The wagon is coded BCNHL, weighs 20.8 tonnes and carries a payload of 70.8 tonnes. Thats almost 23 tonnes per axle.
