Shanx got it !!! However the loco wasn't 22015, it was 22020 from GZB. The mix-and-match livery of the EOG isn't uncommon on the BBS Raj.

The generator car at the end is in the same livery as the raj rakes wheras the one next to the loco is in shatabdi livery.
