A disused semaphore signal post, the place where this post was manufactured and the year of its manufacture is clearly visible. (Kaushik Dharwadkar)

Freight Godown now Recently a Reservation Counter

The Freight godown now converted to a reservation counter. (Kaushik Dharwadkar)

A view of the ceiling above the booking counter. What made me click this pic was the quality of tiles used, it was heavily raining outside and not a single drop fell down. (Kaushik Dharwadkar)

The Ticket booking window giving a NG station feeling, besides are the information boards stating the status of late arriving or departing passenger trains, sorry the information boards are not in one frame. (Kaushik Dharwadkar)

The view of offices on the right hand side of the main entrance, not much could be found except that three of them belonged to the Section Engineer, the station Manager and the Traveling ticket examiner each. (Kaushik Dharwadkar)

The left hand view of the main building facing the station entrance/exit, here again nothing much can be concluded except the ramp leading to the right most room near the exit/entrance, comments welcome. (Kaushik Dharwadkar)

1

The old Railway station board, a great deal of it still survives to this date. (Kaushik Dharwadkar)

2

The main NG terminus building of Latur. This building is having so sound foundations that it was not damaged in the devastating earthquake that occurred in the year 1993, a brilliant example of British Civil Engineering. (Kaushik Dharwadkar)

The entrance to the Latur station, just before descending the steps to the platform level there is a booking window to the left hand side. (Kaushik Dharwadkar)
