Magical album. Made me relive the days, when I made a trip to the region in December 2003. The only dampener was that, it was a road trip. I had resolved to come back through the KR, a resolution which has now become even more stronger, thanks to this...

Yes, like Uttam says, this is where our ancestors came from. There were no trains or highways in those days, and a journey from Mangalore to Honnavar (3 - 4 hours today) used to take upto 2 days with many river crossings on ramshackle ferry boats. Not...
