This is a model of the WCAM-3 type loco built by BHEL. The raw material used to build the model is : hard cardboard, thermocole, broomsticks/carrom coins(for wheel assembly), metal sheets to addrigidity and finally real light bulbs/LED's for the light assembly. A battery operates the lights on the loco. It is not a \"to the scale\" model. Its just made out of sheer observation. The visible livery existed back in 1998 when I made the model.
