The good old "Jawahar" (WAP 1 22005) has been repainted in Saptagiri livery. The livery doesn't look all that great from the front, without the lightning stripes. Compare the profile of Jawahar with that of WAP 4 22389!! (Jimmy Jose)

22389 is a Regular T.N exp hauler and 22005 is an Ex HWH Raj hauler.

Gowri, Jawahar always had these windscreens. They are not as large as the standard WAP4 size though.

The SPJ livery is fine but somehow the WAP1 doesn't look monstrous as it's window design is completely changed. Anyways nice capture Jimmy.

As pointed by Ashwin, I too think Jawahar was painted in haste. The paint job could have got more better.

22005 looks very dirty on its sides. And the numbering and the loco class are painted very small which makes its front profile look extremely plain!!! Overall it doesn't match anywhere near the paint job of the 'Sapthagiri' 22001. Ironically both...

Jawahar seems to be full of energy. It is showing it's anger to red warrior by emitting white smoke from it's ventilator besides the horn.
