East Indian Railway electric locomotive with 3-phase overhead current collection, built by Cowans Sheldon Engineers, Carlisle. Works number 319. The accompanying notes from the Cowans Sheldon catalog says that this locomotive was intended for yard use, could do 10mph hauling 200 tons, and that it had one 3-phase motor for each axle.
