Going by the passenger(s) of the unreserved coach who seem ready to climb, it seems like the route indicator has just lit up and the driver has sounded the horn and is about to move.

I tend to agree with Arzan here. Going by the loco which is a BRC WAP-4, it is likely to be the swaraj, unless any other train too has BRC link in the section.
