Jun 7, 2015 - Ajni WAP7 30264 was already brought dead and decorated on June 6, 2015 evening since conversion was planned for Early hours of June 7, 2015, however the block did not get sanctioned and hence the last run of DC EMU was also postponed. Subsequently, the block got sanctioned on first half of the day of June 7, 2015 Sunday and AC Conversion proceeded for midnight of Sunday June 7, 2015 where each DC Traction Sub-Station power supply was switched off , commencing from 11:00pm till 12:30am of June 8, 2015. And the charging of AC Traction from all TSS and SP/SSP etc. started by 3am and subsequently CSTM - THANE Mainlines section were AC Ready for the day. WAP7 was brought to be put for the first train to depart from CSTM, post AC Conversion.
