Finally the Dash stepping up to International EMD standards with an All Digital setup. / Great to see that Locomotive Pilots Needs are addressed for the First time.
I bet The crew to drive this will have a Telephone directory of Trouble shootings procedures and Mandatory acknowledgments to abide with. (such is the technology upgraded)

So finally "THE NOT SO CHOTA BHEEM" is ready to hit the tracks. Its heartening to learn that LP comfort and ergonomics are given due importance. Eagerly waiting for the specifications of the loco.
& Any ideas which shed will be the first to house these monsters.

Good job, Subhabrata. A great step forward for IR ... even though this loco cab reminds me of Shanx's "Elec Bill Counter" ... maybe this is the "Elec Company HQ" albeit diesel-powered! :-)

Fantastic job Subho Da!!! Any idea when will it sent for test run? And when we can see this loco hauling a goods train?

Thanks Subho for taking all the trouble for us. This loco is HUGE and I pity the LPs driving LHF. Do they have CCTV in the Long hood?

I must thank Apurva for his extreme efforts to find technical meaning of my meaningless pictures.

@Anamitra , I did not find any cctv in LHF. Regarding LHF driving, this loco has better visibility than WDG4. The LPs are not that much uncomfortable in driving WDG4/WDP4 LHF mode. In fact few driver takes LHF as their life saver in some past unfortunate incident.
