Dual KZJ WDM-2's, 17587 & 17556 await the starter to enter BYPL Yard. These locos just dropped off a load at CSDR and the drivers were furious for having being made to wait for an hour at BYPL to enter the yard!! Indeed a hard day for the drivers!!. BYPL, 5/8/04. By Eddie.
