@Dilip: The mesh cannot be moved. AFAIK the windscreen is break resistant.

I hope people pay attention to an aspect of this bogies which will make a much bigger difference in the commute - the ride quality, instead of constantly harping upon only the hypothetical 130 kph speed.

EMUs still have the 1 motorman concept. If IR starts a 2 man concept in a MEMU/EMU cab; this could well be the Assistant's seat.
