What a sad state... when i visited here last, the place was teeming with people to MDU / CBE / PGT ! It never looks like the old charm will be back

Lovely atmosphere! I think it's powered only for the lighting... the cables on the ground pull them. But hey! where is the counter-weight which brings the semaphore arm back to danger?
