Not quite sure what ROH and TNPM stands for. These were painted on bogie of BRHA wagon carrying very long rails. Arrakonam Jn., 2005 06 01. Pavan Kumar.

ROH must be Regular Overhaul like POH AOH etc ,TNPM is Tondiarpet marshalling yard which i suppose has a frieght wagon overhaul depoy
