The Quaint Narrow Gauge of the Central Plateaus

A Narrow Gauge section travelled less and covered less. Taking advantage of a pleasant weather, we decided to cover the triage of Raipur/Telibandha-Rajim- Dhamtari sections via Bhanpur junction where probably the only place in IR, 3 train stand together after Nainpur.

Through the wild flowers and bushes, the train is ready to depart from Rajim back to Abhanpur and onwards to Raipur. (Trayambak Ojha)

As we returned to Telibancha/Raipur where we were put up nearby for a rest there was another rake arrived from Raipur side attached to the rake standing there and we wrapped up a fruitful day in a section talked little about, with less dramatics but very

Great Album!! Nice sets of pics!!! I had visited Rajim in year 2005 and it is very section for railfans...
