NB class 2-6-2 No. 564 built in 1915 and withdrawn 1974 from Makoriam shed on the closure of the Ujjain-Agar line. This was an isolated outpost of the 2' gauge Gwalior Light Railway network some 400 Kms. from Gwalior. The locomotive is now plinthed outside the DRM office at Ratlam. T/1 Class No. 32074 is a2-6-2T enginebuilt by Nasmyth Wilson in 1937 and is plinthed at the entrance to Izzatnagar C&W Works. The locomotive was seen in good shape, the weeds are more of seasonal in nature. Kindly move this here

TB 4 is a 2'6" gauge 4-4-0 Bagnall product built in 1945. Along with sister engine TB 6, a 4-6-0, it spent its working life at Clutterbuck Ganj(C.B. Ganj) creosoting Depot near Bareilly. Here seen plinthed at Izzatnagar Divisional office. TB 6 is preserved at North Eastern Railway Headquarters at Gorakhpur. Kindly move this here

AK 6(B class) named `Raj Nandini' is a 2'6" gauge 0-6-4T engine built by Bagnall in 1916 and now plinthed outside Howrah station. This locomotive is from Ahmadpur-Katwa (and hence christened AK) narrow gauge section of ER. Some believe it to be actually AK 9. Kindly move this here

XE 3634(All India Railway No. 22541) was donated to National Rail Museum by Madhya Pradesh Electricity Board, Korba. It was built by William Beardmore and Co., Glasgow in 1930 and worked mineral trains from Asansol shed of East Indian Railway before being sold to MPEB. Kindly move this here

W class No. 574 is 0-6-2 locomotive built by W.G. Bagnall in 1912. The W class was a popular one and spread out on the Gaekwar's Baroda State Railway. 25 engines were purchased altogether including the successor WS and W1 class engines. WP class No. 7278, a Baldwin product of 1949 is plinthed inside the Charbagh Works at Lucknow. This is an ex. East Indian Railway locomotive that was plinthed on Feb. 10, 1993. I was given a tour of the shop but not allowed to take pictures. Here is one anyway! Kindly move this here

KC 520 was the last steam locomotive to work on Kalka Simla Railway in 1971 when it retired and has recently been revived to work short excursion trains. It also achieved its share of fame on the silver screen when it featured in 1974 Hindi film `Dost' and its famous song `Gaadi bula rahi hai'. Kindly move this here
