Farewell to the rail... Loco Pilot K.M. Seshadri, popularly knows as "Seshu" amongst the IR fraternity, retired this morning. He was the seniormost locopilot in Southern Railway and spent 38 relentless year on the rails... The retirement happeneed without any fanfare and he signed off with the 2658 Bangalore Chennai Mail. PoochiVenkat and Ramki were there to receive him holding the IRFCA flag.. We, the Chennai gang say a bidding salute to this gentleman and may him have a happy retired life. Picture by PoochiVenkat. To Shri. Sheshu with the warmest regards. A little known fact - a few years back, he was the driver of the WP while the loco was doing the heritage runs around Chennai.
