This loco is the last in the WCAM2/2P series. 21881 was the 1st WCAM3.

The clean platform, a sunny day and the sparkle of the cam-2p's headlight - combine to make this a nice pic. Remove the hindi markigs from the 2p, clear off the platform, and this would look like a Eropean locationQ!
