Spotted this Brand new WDM3D #11367, Dec 3rd 5 PM,no shed, just CR, towed by a WAG9 led freighter out of TKD yard. WAG9 LPs confirmed it was headed somewhere in Maharashtra. Spotted this fellow at Pune on 10th Saturday 2011 in the lungi between PF1 and the Running Room, so in all probability has been allocated to Pune.

@ Vishwas ..I zoomed in on the original..It says 'Diesel Loco Modernization Works' ..so that seems to be the new name for the older DCW indeed... WOuld the 1 new loco be this one's predecessor perhaps :)

Isn't Diesel Component Works an older name Diesel Loco Modernization Works. DMW has taken to building new locos. The info is there on the webpage itself which says "During 2010-11, DMW has rebuilt 110 locos including 1 new ALCO WDM3D Loco"
