An Ad of Indian Railways advertising Imperial Mail, issued by Indian Railways Bureau in the Illustrated London news in 1923. The photo of the train must be in the Bhore Ghats. I am sure this bridge can also be identified by the Pune/Bombay IRFCAians. - M.Senthil Kumar

A stone viaduct of this height is not found on the Bhore ghats - this is the Thull ghats.

Looks more like the Thull Ghats rather than the Bhore ghats(?)
