The livery started off with a single yellow stripe on belly but after arrangement of all TMs in parallel mode, it started sporting two yellow strips. Please correct me if I am wrong.

Livery-wise, hardly any other comes close to BZA's WAM-4s. This livery has been retained for almost 20 years by BZA's Electric Loco Shed.

@ Krupa - yes WAM4 is impressive, but WDM2 will give it a fight for the award. The WDM2 came in earlier, and is likely to outlast WAM4 class. [No, I am not resuming a diesel v/s electric debate - I am a fan of both!)

If there is any "Life Time Achievement Award" for any loco class, then WAM-4s should get it first. Hats off to WAM-4s for their priceless service.
