Attock Khurd station constructed from stone and has the Victorian ambiance to it. It was built in 1884. 1607.66 km is the distance of the station from Karachi. The Arabic inscription on top of the station reads the Islamic confession of faith: "There is no god but God and Muhammad is the Messenger of God".

Attock Khurd boasts of a main line, a loop line and a siding which was occupied by a tanker. The signal cabin is just next to the station which is dotted with beautiful potted plants. Next to the track is an instrument to put the token on. The tracks go toward Rawalpindi.
